Possible cause
Allow the beer keg to rest in the beer
pump for a little while, the temperature
will be regulated by the cooling con-
tainer.
Clean the tap unit (see the "Cleaning"
chapter).
Only use correctly cooled beer kegs.
Allow the beer keg to cool for longer.
The beer keg should rest for around
two hours before being tapped into.
Open the tap handle completely.
Hold the glass slightly further away
from the nozzle spout when drawing
the beer.
Hold the glass at an angle so that
the beer can run down the wall of the
glass.
Set the pressure slightly lower using
the pressure regulator.
Allow the beer keg to rest in the beer
pump for a little while, the temperature
will be regulated by the cooling con-
tainer.
