Using the SET- POSITION function

To store 6 frames in the EVI-D31 memory, operate as follows:
• Select the desired camera using keys C1,C2,C3
• Capture the required frame
• Press first the PRESET key, then, within 3 seconds, a key from 1 to 6 according to the
memory to be saved.
To recall a frame:
• Select the desired camera by means of keys C1,C2,C3.
• Press a key from 1 to 6 according to the frame to be recalled
To delete a memory:
• Select the desired camera with keys C1,C2,C3.
• Press first the RESET key, then, within 3 seconds, a key from 1 to 6 according to the
memory to be deleted.

Programming code

To avoid to delete or re-program the Inspection Round or the MDM function accidentally,
the instrumen has been provided with an electronic block to be cut off by a special code
which shall be inserted when switching the instrument on.
For the code insertion:
• Turn the EVD RS232 on (when it is ON, switch off and on again).
• After the test procedure, press the key F1
• Insert the 4 digits-code within 10 seconds
• If operations have been carried out properly, the LED will flash three times.
To reset the block after programming the Inspection Round and MDM functions, it is
enough to switch off and on the EVD –RS232
