The accuracy of the humidity sensor is subject to tolerances and,
in the measuring range of 10 – 90 % RH, it is typically
+/- 2 % to +/- 3.5 %.
No, the heater battery only serves to compensate the tempera-
ture due to the air cooling caused by the humidification.
By the humidification process, the air temperature is reduced,
but in turn, the increase in humidity has the effect that the tem-
perature seems warmer.
This depends on many factors, so that there is no general an-
swer to this question. The evaporation of 1 kg of water requires
the supply of 0.68 kWh of thermal energy. Since the room cli-
mate is considerably more pleasant, the room temperature can
also be slightly reduced.
Before opening the unit, disconnect the mains plug and protect the
unit against restart!
Never look into the illuminated UVC tube without eye protection!
