6. Install the "Unibox T", "Unibox RTL", "Uni-
box E RTL" or "Unibox T-RTL" according
to the operating instructions supplied with
the installation sets. Please observe that
the valve of the "Unibox" must be located
behind the surface heating circuit/surface
temperature regulation circuit.
Observe the marked flow direction.
7. Provide a connecting pipe to the return
pipe of the two pipe heating system.
6.2.2 Installation of the "Unibox RLA
vario" in the return pipe
For the isolation of the return pipe, install the
"Unibox RLA vario" behind the surface heating
circuit as shown in the installation example in
Illust. 7. Install the "Unibox E BV" or the "Uni-
box E BV vario" in front of the surface heating
circuit.

1. Provide a branch from the supply pipe of
the two pipe heating system.
2. Install the "Unibox E BV" or the "Unibox
E BV vario" according to the operating in-
structions supplied with the installation set.
3. Lay the surface heating circuit.
Lay the surface heating circuit in a
spiral pattern to achieve an even
heat distribution.
4. Remove the protection cover of the "Uni-
box RLA vario" (you must refit the protec-
tion cover after commissioning) and place
the "Unibox RLA vario" into the wall at the
desired location.
Use a pipe conduit unit to facilitate
installation.
5. Connect the surface heating circuit to the
"Unibox RLA vario".
Observe the marked flow direction.
6. Provide a connecting pipe to the return
pipe of the two pipe heating system.
7. Commissioning
7.1 Filling, bleeding and leak
testing
1. Fill the heating system.
2. Bleed the heating system (for instance at
the valve of the "Unibox RLA vario").
3. Carry out a leakage test in accordance with
DIN EN 1264.
