Recorder operation with USB supply

In the data transfer mode the recorder can only be
used for data transfer. To use the DPR-2000 as a
recorder while it is connected to the computer, first
cancel the drives of the recorder in the operating
system of the computer correctly, i. e. "eject" them.
Then shortly press the button MODE / STOP (10).
The DPR-2000 changes to the recorder mode
after a few seconds. In this case it is supplied with
power via the USB interface of the computer.
To return to the data transfer mode, switch off
the recorder with the button (18) [keep it
pressed for 2 s as a minimum]. Then it is switched
on again automatically, and it is in the USB mode.
By pressing the button MODE / STOP (10) for a
longer time, the recorder is also restarted, how-
ever, the menu adjustments are reset in this case.
