The underside of the drip tray and the area of
the drip tray sensor must be dry
before insertion. The sensor is located on the
right under the drip tray.
If moisture remains in this area, the "Empty
drip tray" message appears again.
6.5.6 Cleaning housing
• There is a risk that scratches or dents will
occur during cleaning.
> Do not clean with abrasive agents or
similar.
> Use only very mild cleaning products.
> Do not use strong alkaline, alcoholic or
degreasing cleaning products.
> Only use soft cloths for cleaning.
* Switch off the coffee machine using the on/off
press switch.
* Allow the machine to cool off.
* Clean the housing of the cooled coffee machine
with a moist cloth.
* Rub dry using a fine wool cloth.
6.5.7 Cleaning the outlet by hand
Regularly clean the outlet from the outside with
a damp cloth and clean the outlet options with
suitable brushes.

products, solvents such as
acetone, carbon, carbon
tetrachloride, paint thinner or
alcohol combinations > 5%,
ammonia, benzol, glycerine, xylol,
scouring agents, degreasing
washout solvents and strong
spray cleaners are also not
suitable
