RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULT
1.
Press & Hold the ENTER/STOP and DOWN buttons for four seconds to access the system menu.
NOTE: Release buttons once screen goes blank.
2.
Scroll to "SYSTEM SETTINGS" and press the ENTER/STOP button.
3.
In the password screen, press UP or DOWN button and Enter to entering password 326.
4.
Scroll to "RESET FAC. DEF" and press ENTER, and then ENTER to save.
Once this is complete, cycle power to the unit. After reset, the device will return to the quick start commissioning menu
for operator setup.
NOTE: myQ, Wi-Fi, and the transmitters will not be erased.

MAINTENANCE RESET / RESET CYCLES
NOTE: ONLY a certified door installer shall perform the RESET CYCLES and MAINTENANCE COMPLETE procedure.
After the completion of replacement parts and/or maintenance on the system and sub door system components.
1.
Press & Hold the ENTER/STOP and DOWN buttons for four seconds to access the system menu.
NOTE: Release buttons once screen goes blank.
2.
To enter the MAINTENENCE menu, scroll to "SYSTEM SETTINGS" and press the ENTER/STOP button.
3.
In the password window, press UP or DOWN button, enter the pass code 326. Once the pass code has been
entered, press the ENTER/STOP button once more.
4.
Scroll to the MAINTENANCE menu and press the ENTER/STOP button.
5.
To confirm maintenance has been completed, select MAINTENANCE COMPLETE > CONFIRM MAINTENCE OK? >
SAVE.
6.
To reset cycles after maintenance complete, select MAINTENANCE RESET CYCLES > SAVE.
7.
To modify the target cycles for maintenance, select MAINTENANCE CYCLES and press UP or DOWN button to
adjust desired cycle count. Press the ENTER/STOP button to commit the desired cycle count.
