GENERAL INFORMATION
7) Any goods considered to be faulty or defective will be delivered to the Seller at the
Customer's expense. The Seller's personnel will make sure that the reported fault or
defect is covered by the warranty in accordance with the terms outlined in the preceding
paragraphs. If it is not covered, the Seller will inform the Customer who can (i) decide
whether to ask for the goods to be returned, reassembled, and arrange independently
for the goods to be collected from the address indicated by the Seller or (ii) instruct the
Seller to carry out repairs at the price agreed upon between the Parties. If the goods
are to be returned, the Seller will anyway be entitled to claim reimbursement for the
expenses incurred from the Customer and have the right to retain the goods until full
payment has been received from the Customer.
8) The warranty entitles you, at the discretion of the Manufacturer, only to the repair or
replacement of the defective goods, with the express waiver to terminate the agreement
or to a reduction in price as well as compensation for any damages.
