  • Page 4 PREMESSA Gentile Cliente, prima di utilizzare il sollevatore leggere attentamente le presenti istruzioni e familiarizzare con i simboli di sicurezza. - Il presente libretto è parte integrante della macchina, deve essere conservato con cura ed essere a disposizione dell’operatore per ogni ulteriore consultazione. - I contenuti di questo libretto sono conformi alla Direttiva Macchine 98/37/CEE e omologato secondo la normativa europea EN 1494 e successive modifiche.
  • Page 5 IMBALLAGGIO - Il corpo, il manico e le varie parti del sollevatore vengono imballate in un cartone tripla onda con pallet; inoltre si troveranno all’interno dell’imballaggio anche il manuale uso e manutenzione ed il certificato di garanzia in una carpetta apposita.
  • Page 6 - Non immettere assolutamente nel circuito di aria compressa: olio idraulico o di vaselina, liquido per freni, petrolio o altri liquidi. - Inserire nell’impianto di aria compressa un gruppo filtro deumidificatore-lubrificatore. - Se si vuole lubrificare il circuito di aria compressa usare esclusivamente: AGIP OSO 100;...
  • Page 7 - Prima di operare con il sollevatore è consigliato compiere alcune operazioni a vuoto al fine di acquistare la sensibilità necessaria per operare in sicurezza con il cricco. USI IMPROPRI Il sollevatore oleopneumatico è stato progettato e costruito per sollevare mezzi di trasporto. Ogni altro uso del cricco, come ad esempio il sollevamento e/o lo spostamento di persone, si configura come assolutamente improprio.
  • Page 8 IL MOTORE NON PARTE, OPPURE FUNZIONA MALE - Controllare che la linea d’aria di alimentazione non abbia strozzature. - Sono consumate le guarnizioni n°1101, sostituirle! - Le guarnizioni n°1101 montate sul pistone n°1102 scorrono a fatica: occorre smontare e lubrificare sia il cilindro che il pistone.
  • Page 9 I PISTONI SONO MOLTO LENTI A SALIRE - Verificare che il rubinetto N°843, posto tra il serbatoio e la motopompa sia aperto. - In caso di anomalia nel funzionamento del cricco in salita o in discesa, verificare la molla n°1046, la tenuta della sfera in gomma n°429 e la scorrevolezza del pistoncino n°130.

  • Page 13 FOREWORD Dear Customer, before using the jack, carefully read these instructions and become acquainted with the safety symbols. - This handbook is an integral part of the machine which must be kept safely and be handy for the worker to consult whenever needed.
  • Page 14 PACKING - The body, handle and other parts of the jack are packed in a three-layer corrugated cardboard box with pallet; the operating and maintenance manual plus the warranty certificate in a folder are also inside the box. - The instruction “Keep upright” is clearly visible on the cardboard box containing the jack. - Depending on the number of jacks shipped, pallets of different sizes are used.
  • Page 15 -Install a filter dehumidifier-lubricator unit in the compressed air system. - If you want to lubricate the compressed air circuit use exclusively: AGIP OSO 100; MOBIL DTE 27; ESSO TERESSO 100; SHELL TELLUS 100; BP ENERGOL HP 100 ACCESSORIES The jack is supplied with two extensions or height adapters (120 mm the long extension, 70 mm the short extension), a circular tooth plate (10 mm plate) and an extension holder.
  • Page 16 WARRANTY This jack is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date the warranty comes into effect or from the date the jack leaves our factory if it has not already been rendered effective on-line; it covers all manufacturing defects but not transport expenses, defects caused by improper use or damages suffered during transport.
  • Page 17 THE MOTOR WILL NOT START, OR IT RUNS BADLY. - Check that the air supply line is not choked. - The seals (760) are worn, replace them! - The seals (760) fitted on the piston (755) have difficulty in sliding: both the cylinder and the ram have to be dismantled and lubricated. THE JACK DOES NOT LIFT THE LOAD.
  • Page 18 OTHER CASES. - If the pistons lift up very slowly check that the tap 843 between the tank and motor pump is open. - If the jack is malfunctioning when lifting or lowering, check the spring (1046), the rubber ball seal (429) and the smooth sliding of the piston (130).

  • Page 22 ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN Sehr geehrter Kunde, vor der Benutzung vom hydraulischen Heber die vorliegende Anleitung aufmerksam lesen und sich mit den Sicherheitssymbolen vertraut machen. - Das vorliegende Handbuch stellt einen integralen Bestandteil der Maschine dar, muss sorgfältig aufbewahrt werden und dem Bediener für jede weitere Konsultation zur Verfügung stehen. - Die Inhalte des vorliegenden Handbuches entsprechen der EU Maschinenrichtlinie 98/37/EWG.

ABB. 12 FÖRDERDRUCK 8 - 12 BAR - Auf keinen Fall Hydrauliköl, Vaselinöl, Bremsflüssigkeit oder sonstige Flüssigkeiten in das Druckluftsystem einfüllen. - Für ein gutes Funktionieren des Hebers muss in die Druckluftanlage ein Filteraggregat Entfeuchter-Schmiervorrichtung eingesetzt werden.
  • Page 25 WICHTIG: DER HEBER IST EINE HEBEVORRICHTUNG, KEINE STÜTZE! - Der Arbeitgeber des Bedieners muss für die erforderliche Schulung sorgen und er muss die erforderlichen Informationen zu den Pump- und Verfahrungskräften bereitstellen. - Bei Defekt des Verteilers während der Verwendung, direkt Einfluss auf den Luftfluss nehmen und den Sicherheitshahn Nr.

WARTUNG DURCH EINEN GESCHULTEN WARTUNGSTECHNIKER Bei der Durchführung von Wartungs- oder Kontrollarbeiten ausschließlich Originalersatzteile verwenden, damit stets die bestmögliche Zuverlässigkeit des Hebers gewährleistet ist.   • Page 27 DIE KOLBEN FAHREN NICHT VOLLSTÄNDIG EIN, AUCH WENN DER HEBEL SICH IN DER ABSENKSTELLUNG BEFINDET. - Die Saugpumpe (935) kontrollieren und überprüfen, ob der Kolben (130) korrekt läuft; er sollte geschmiert oder gefettet werden; den Schalldämpfer (267) abschrauben, gegebenenfalls reinigen, und dann wieder anschrauben. ÖLVERLUST - Falls der Heber Öl durch den Schalldämpfer (1109) auswirft, so bedeutet dies entweder, dass das Pumpelement (1104) oder die Dichtung (1106) beschädigt ist und ersetzt werden muss.
