    FOREWORD Dear Customer, before using your new jack, please read these instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with the safety symbols. - This manual is an integral part of the machine, and as such must be kept safe and to hand so the operator is able to consult it whenever needed.
  • Page 5 COMMISSIONING REMOVING THE PACKAGING - Remove the jack from its packaging using appropriate lifting equipment attached to the eyebolts only. - Extract the beam from the packaging using lifting straps rated to a minimum of 300kg to ensure complete safety. ASSEMBLY 1.

    SCRAPPING AND DISPOSAL - Lubricants must be disposed of in compliance with applicable pollution legislation. - The user must follow applicable legislation when scrapping the jack and its component parts. THE PISTONS FAIL TO RETRACT COMPLETELY EVEN WHEN OPERATING THE LOWERING DEVICE - The jack with manual pump has no automatic retraction system for the pistons. Guide the pistons back in manually. HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKS - If the jack is leaking hydraulic fluid from the pistons, check the cylinder gaskets and replace if necessary.

    MESSA IN SERVIZIO DISIMBALLO - Estrarre il sollevatore dall’imballo esclusivamente per mezzo dei golfari con un’attrezzatura adeguata all’operazione. - Estrarre la traversa dall’imballo per mezzo di fasce di sollevamento con portata minima di 300kg per lavorare in totale sicurezza. MONTAGGIO 1.

    ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN Sehr geehrter Kunde, sehr geehrte Kundin, lesen Sie bitte vor Benutzung des hydraulischen Hebers die vorliegende Anleitung aufmerksam durch und machen Sie sich mit den Sicherheitssymbolen vertraut. - Das vorliegende Handbuch stellt einen wesentlichen Bestandteil der Maschine dar, muss sorgfältig aufbewahrt werden und dem Bediener für weitere Fragen zur Verfügung stehen.

Jeder Schaden, der sich aus Nichtbeachtung der obenstehenden Anweisungen ergibt, ist nicht dem Hersteller anzulasten und führt zu einem Verfall der Garantiebedingungen! VERSCHROTTUNG UND ENTSORGUNG - Die Entsorgung der gebrauchten Schmiermittel muss unter Beachtung der geltenden Umweltschutzvorschriften erfolgen.

    GARANTIE Die Garantie des Hebers beträgt 12 Monate ab dem Datum, an dem der Heber unser Werk verlassen hat, wenn sie nicht online aktiviert wird. Sie deckt alle Herstellerfehler ab, aber nicht die Transportkosten, Fehler durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder Transportschäden. Für weitere Details siehe das dem vorliegenden Handbuch beigelegte Kärtchen. DEM BENUTZER VORBEHALTENE WARTUNGSARBEITEN - Für eine lange Lebensdauer des Hebers wird empfohlen, die Kolben alle fünfzehn Tage von außen zu reinigen.

    DESGUACE Y ELIMINACIÓN - La eliminación de los lubricantes se debe llevar a cabo de conformidad con las leyes anticontaminación en vigor. - El desguace del gato y de las piezas que lo componen las deberá llevar a cabo el usuario según las normativas vigentes. Cumpla estrictamente las normas de seguridad descritas en el presente manual.
