ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything clearly on the ground and control the
completeness based on the assembly steps. Attention!
The simplied assembly process requires 100% attention.
Especially in the kink and folding positions. Assembly
time is approx. 20min.
STEP 1
1. Remove all small parts and loose packaging material from
the box and then, with the help of a second person, remove the
pre-assembled treadmill.
2. Place the screws M8x16 (19) and M8x40 (42) together with
washers (29+43) and spring washers (41) on the right and left
next to the running frame (75) ready to hand.
3. Carefully fold up the support tubes on the left and right
(25+45) and screw them to the base frame (26) using the
M8x40 screws (42), the spring washers (41) and the washers
(43). Then tighten the other screws M8x16 (19) with spring
washers (41) and curved washers (29).
STEP 2
1. Guide the computer frame (3) onto the support tubes
(25+45) and connect the plugs from the connection cable (46)
and computer (2) at the top of the right support tube (45).
2. Then screw the computer frame (3) to the support tubes
(25+45) using the screws M8x16 (19), spring washers (41) and
curved washers (29) and ensure that the cable connection is
not trapped. Then use the other screws M8x30 (23), washers
(43) and self-locking nuts (21) to screw the computer frame (3)
to the support tubes (25+45).
CHECKS AND HOW TO START
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed
and plug connections.
2. When everything is in order, connect the power supply
cable (47) with wall power (220-240V~50-60Hz). Switch on the
main switch (50) below the front frame.
3. Put the safety key (11) onto the computer (2) and the
computer will show normal manual mode. Put the safety clip
(11) at your exercising cloth and stand on the side rails (81).
Press [Start] Button and after a Count Down the treadmill start
moving. Start walking onto the walk surface (80) when speed
is slowly and follow the speed. Familiarize yourself with the
machine at a low speed settings.
4. Run in the middle of the running surface (80) and don't step
on the side foot rails (81), Hold yourself tight at handrail (6) if
you feel insecure, only run with look at the computer (2) on the
treadmill during the running. In emergency case, step of the
treadmill lateral and hold on to the handle (6).
Note: Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe
place as these may be required for repairs or spare parts
orders becoming necessary later.
