In any case the modified values during baking will only adjust the
current baking process while the information set when baking started will
not be adjusted. To edit follow the instructions of paragraph 3.2.2.1.
If the door is opened during the baking process and is indicated by a
specific icon, the baking timer enters pause mode. After the door is
closed, the timer resumes count down.
When the baking timer ends count down, a buzzer sounds to indicate
baking is over and the product can be removed from the oven. The
display intermittently shows the timer off icon (Fig. 24d).
WARNING!
Even when the timer is off, the oven continues
to cook to finish baking if further baking is needed! If more time is
needed, press the "Timer" (Fig. 24d pos. U) to extend the minutes.
When the door is opened automatically, power supplied to the heating
elements is disabled (see "AUOMATIC DOOR" function in 3.3.7.1).
The STOP icon will be displayed (Fig. 24e). Remove the product from
the oven and close the door. After closing the door the display shows a
text message requesting if you want to continue or stop baking. Press the
"OK" button to continue with new bakings; the display will show the last
settings used in the last baking cycle; wait until the oven reaches the set
temperature and continue baking. At this stage you can change the
baking program, edit or proceed with the manual mode of the baking
parameters. If you want to stop baking press "RETURN". The oven will
stop and lighting will be disabled automatically.
If it is necessary to stop the program before the count down ends, press
the "Start/Stop" button; a text message will be displayed to confirm
baking has been completed. Press "OK" to finish or "Back" to continue
the cooking process.
MANUAL STEAMING
The "Steam" button manually activates the valve emitting steam into
the baking chamber. Each time the button is pressed steam will be
emitted for the set time in fig. 24a pos. E. If no value is displayed, the
duration is determined in the advanced settings (see "MANUAL STEAM
parameter n 3.3.7.1 ). The steam icon status (Fig. 24b. pos. O) lights up
throughout the cycle.
It is possible to emit steam in manual mode as per the procedure
described above in the baking program, besides the default insufflation
program.
The steam function is enabled after the oven has exceeded a temperature
of 120 degrees.
"ECO STAND-BY" FUNCTION
The "Eco Stand By" function is used to keep the oven warm while
reducing power consumption; this is the ideal solution during short
breaks in cooking operations.
Energy is saved by piloting the switching on of the heating elements at
factory-set levels which guarantee that the oven does not reach an
excessively low temperature.
To enable or disable the function, press the "STAND BY" key. Once
enabled, the screen will turn GREEN and a specific icon will appear to
the left of the parameters.
NOTE:
The "Stand By" function puts the appliance into a sort
of "waking sleep", and as such it must not be used while baking, as it
would result in unsatisfactory product quality.
NOTE:
The function can be enabled only if the oven is in
HEATING, PREPARING or OVEN READY mode.
The automatic "Stand-By" function can be enabled if the oven is not used
for a pre-set period. To access these functions, go to MENU and select
ECO STANDBY to access the following settings:
-
"Auto Eco Standby": the Standby function is automatically enabled
if the oven is not used for the "Eco Standby Delay" function
(enabled by default).
-
"Eco Standby Delay": the time expressed in minutes after which
the standby mode automatically turns on if "Auto Eco Standby" is
active.
-
"Auto-shut-down":
if the flag is active, the Standby function
automatically disables the heating elements and STOPS the oven.
"POWER BOOSTER" FUNCTION
The "Power Booster" function serves to use all of the available oven
power, which is ideal when working with very large and continuing
loads, where maximum appliance speed is needed.
This is possible thanks to electronic control that can use all of the
installed power, piloting the heating elements switch, while maintaining
the values set by the user.
Press the "BOOSTER" key to enable/disable the function. Once enabled,
the screen will become ORANGE and a specific icon appears to the left
of the cooking parameters.
NOTE:
This function is only possible if the oven is in START
mode.
3.2.2.1
"PROGRAMS SETTING"
Using the oven in Program mode enables the operator to work
"automatically", i.e. to save and/or call up from the memory a series of
baking programs with pre-set parameters. Each baking program can store
1 preheating mode up to 9 steps, each characterised by: 1 temperature, 1
time, and possibly the amount of steam to be injected, establishing the
steam exhaust valve position, activating the "Power Booster" function.
Each program can also be associated to an image.
The presence of a running program is shown in the "status bar" named
with the program and the icon associated with the program (if provided).
Enter the dedicated menu to manage the programs. Press "MENU",
select PROGRAMS with the "SELECTION" (↑ and ↓) keys and then
"OK" to open the sub menu.
Scroll through the list on the display using the "SELECTION" keys to
select the following items.
- "Recent": displays the list of recently used programs;
- "Find by image": it shows the list with images of the programs stored in
the memory;
- "Find by name": filters the choice of programs on the basis of the
entered word;
- "enter new": starts the procedure to create a new program;
- "Edit": starts the procedure to edit an existing program;
- "Delete": starts the procedure to delete an existing new program;
- "Import USB": starts the procedure to copy existing programs in the
internal memory on external USB device
- "Export" USB: starts the procedure to copy existing programs in the
internal memory on external USB device
"Default programs": this starts the process to restore the programs set in
the factory.
RECENT
This is the function that proposes the last 6 programs used by arranging
them graphically such that each neutral button corresponds to the
selection of a program (Fig. 25a). Select the required program with the
corresponding button and start the heating/baking stage using the
parameters of the chosen program.
FIND BY IMAGE
This is the function that lists all the programs stored in the memory,
listing them graphically in groups of six programs for each screen (Fig.
25b). They are listed as entered, from oldest to most recent. Select the
required program with the "SELECT" keys and then press "OK" to run it
and start the heating/baking stages using the parameters of the chosen
program
FIND BY NAME
This function allows you to find a program by typing the name or part of
its initials. Edit the name by selecting the required letters with the
"SELECTION" buttons and press "OK" to confirm in the alphanumeric
keyboard displayed (Fig. 25c). After inserting the keyword Select END
and press "OK". A list of names stored in the memory will be presented
the initials of which correspond to the entered word. Select the required
program with the "SELECT" keys and then press "OK" to display the
summary of the chosen program Scroll the summary screen with the ↓ or
↑ button if the number of steps exceeds the maximum steps displayed.
Confirm with "OK" to activate program and start the heating/baking
stage using the parameters of the chosen program. Press RETURN to
return to the previous screen.
NOTE:
If you edited a series of letters not corresponding to any
name stored in the memory, the list of programs closest to the
research will be displayed!
INSERT NEW
The first screen for the program insert procedure will require the name of
the program to be entered (fig. 26a). A blinking cursor above the
display indicates that you must enter the first letter of the name. Use the
"SELECTION" key to select the desired character and then press "OK"
to confirm and pass onto the next character etc. Should it be necessary to
delete the last letter entered, select CANC/DEL and then press "OK". To
end the name insertion process and pass on to the next screen, scroll
through the list as far as END and then press "OK" to access the second
programming screen and enter pre-heating data (Fig. 26b). Use the "+"
and "-" buttons to set this parameter then confirm with the "OK" button.
The row in the bottom unit corresponding to "H" (heating) is completed
with the set value to access the loading screen of the next baking steps.
Up to 9 steps can be programmed. Select step "1" temperature (fig. 26c)
with the corresponding "+" and "-" buttons, then establish the exhaust
valve position with the "Valve" button (fig. 15b pos. 3): press the
