Li-ion battery inserted

indicator remains dark
Cause
Charger contacts dirty or
damaged
Li-ion battery defective
Charger defective
Excessive temperature in
the Li-ion battery
detected during charging
Charging malfunction or
Li-ion battery defective
Remedy
Clean the contacts in the
charging bay, see
Chapter Cleaning/
Disinfecting, or have the
charger repaired by the
manufacturer
Have the Li-ion battery
repaired by the
manufacturer
Have the charger
repaired by the
manufacturer
Remove the Li-ion
battery from the
charging bay, let it cool
down and restart
charging.
If the malfunction recurs,
have battery repaired by
the manufacturer
Remove the Li-ion
battery from the
charging bay and repeat
charging, if necessary in
another charging bay.
If the malfunction recurs,
have the Li-ion battery
repaired by the
manufacturer
