IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES
When cleaning up after installation, DO NOT USE
ABRASIVE CLEANERS such as scouring cleansers,
scouring pads, window cleaning sprays, ammonia
compounds, or any cleaner containing solvents, acetone
(fingernail polish remover), paint thinner, or benzene.
These chemicals will dull or destroy the surface finish of
the unit.
Use ordinary liquid household detergent to keep the unit
clean.
Stubborn greasy stains, paint, or tar can be removed with
mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol. Plaster or paint can be
removed by scraping gently with a piece of sharpened
wood. DO NOT USE metal scrapers, wire brushes, or
other metal tools.

One of the mild powdered type detergents may be used
on a damp cloth to provide minor abrasive action to the
residual plaster.
Dulled areas and light scratches may be removed by
rubbing with a liquid automotive-type body cleaning
compound, followed by a light application of liquid wax.
For deeper scratches, sand area with 600 wet/dry
sandpaper and wax.
