hydromassage products are safe appliances, manu-
factured in compliance with EN 60335-2-60, EN 55014-1, EN
55014-2 standards.
These are tested during production to guarantee user safety.
Installation must be carried out by qualified and authorized per-
sonnel, in compliance with current national provisions.
It is the responsibility of the installer to select ma-
terials, to carry out work correctly, to check the con-
dition of the system that the unit is to be connect-
ed to so that it ensures user safety.

whirlpool baths are Class "I" appliances, and must be an-
chored securely and permanently connected to the electric mains
and earth system without any intermediate connections.
The electric system and earth system of the build-
ing must be in working order and must comply with
the legal provisions and specific current regula-
tions in that country.
Means for disconnection of the appliance from the
supply after installation must be incorporated in
the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
For connection to the mains, it is necessary to install a discon-
necting multiple-pole switch that provides full disconnection un-
der overvoltage category III conditions and place it in an area that
complies with the safety prescriptions for bathrooms.
The switch and other electrical devices must be lo-
cated, in compliance with regulations, in an area that
cannot be reached by the person using the appliance.
The installation of electrical devices and appliances (sockets,
switches, etc.) in bathrooms must comply with the legal re-
quirements and standards of the country concerned. In particu-
lar, no electrical installation is permitted within 60 cm of the tub
or at a height of less than 225 cm.

If the building's electrical system is not able to gua-
rantee a stabile power supply, it is recommended
to install a voltage stabiliser that suitably dimen-
sioned for the required power upstream of the e-
quipment.
Connection to the electrical system of the building must be
made using a sheathed cable with characteristics not inferior to
H 05 VV-F 3x2,5 mm

The appliance comes equipped with an LED lighting system, in
compliance with Regulation EN 62471:2009.
The appliance must be powered by means of a dif-
ferential switch with operating current which does
not exceed 30 mA.
Parts which contain electrical components, with the
exception of remote control devices, must be
placed or attached in such a way so they do not fall
into the tub. Powered components and appliances
must be accessible to those persons in the tub.
JACUZZI EUROPE S.p.A. shall not be held liable:
If installation is carried out by unqualified personnel and/or per-
sonnel unauthorized to carry out installation.
If the norms and legal provisions, regarding the electric sys-
tems of buildings, in force in the country in which installation
is carried out are not complied with.
If the instructions for installation and maintenance contained
in this manual are not followed.
If unsuitable and/or uncertified materials are used for instal-
lation.
If the tub is set up to function without conformity to the regu-
lations mentioned.
If incorrect operations are carried out that reduce the level of
protection against water jets or change the protection against
electric shocks by direct or indirect contact, or generate con-
ditions of abnormal insulation, current dispersion or over-
heating.
If any components or parts of the appliance are altered in re-
lation to the original state when supplied, releasing the Man-
ufacturer from any liability.
If the appliance is repaired by unauthorised personnel or if s-
pare parts are used other than the original ones supplied by
Jacuzzi Europe S.p.A.

nal, fitted on the framework and marked with the
symbol
, for equipotential connection of the sur-
rounding metal masses, as laid down by EN
60335.2.60 norms.
WARNING: Disconnect electrical power supply to
the tub before any servicing operation.
