6. Veneering with ceramics
a) Veneering with HeraCeramSun: The HeraCeramSun processing
instructions from Kulzer apply.
b) Veneering with other ceramics: When veneering with other ceram-
ics, the other ceramic manufacturers' instruction for use must be
observed.
c) Stress-relief cooling: stress-relief cooling is recommended for large-
span and more massive frameworks: setting a cooling period with
opening of the ceramic furnace (2 – 4 minutes) or leaving the object
on the fi ring tray in the radiated heat from the open fi ring chamber.
7. Acrylic facing: Process the facing material according to the manu-
facturer's instructions.
8. Soldering: Special "Heraenium Sun solder 1" is recommended for
soldering Heraenium Sun frameworks. Solder according to the current
solder instructions for use.
9. Laser welding: Special CoCr laser welding wire is ideal for welding
Heraenium Sun frameworks. ∅ 0.5 mm, 150 cm. Weld according to the
current instructions for use of the laser welding wire.
10. Recasting: The particular physical and chemical qualities of the
alloy can be guaranteed only if new material is used. We recommend
using only new material for ceramic facings.
11. Applying Blendgold Neu: Blendgold Neu enhances the shades
and aesthetics of ceramic. Condition the surfaces as described in sec-
