  • Page 8 Il WESTERN WRD SYSTEM è un sistema stand-alone modulare, composto da un WRM60 X (Master) e uno o più WRM60 X SL (Slave) per ottenere potenze di carica fino a 50kW (max 15 charger). Il Master è il coordinatore del sistema: modifica dinamicamente alcuni parametri al fine di ottimizzare la gestione dell'energia dell'intero sistema e di garantire il rispetto dei parametri di batteria.

Installazione elettrica del WRM60 X Per le varie tipologie di installazione del WRM60 X fare riferimento agli schemi in Appendice (A1 ÷ A5). 2.2.1 Collegamento batterie Effettuare il collegamento con la morsettiera BAT+/- (1).   • Page 13 BMS (Battery Management System); consigliamo di contattare la Western CO. per la scelta della batteria agli ioni di Litio da collegare al WRM60 X. È assolutamente vietato collegare al WRM60 X batterie al litio che non hanno BMS integrato; infatti, il BMS protegge la batteria da condizioni di funzionamento anomalo che potrebbero portare all’incendio della batteria stessa.
  • Page 14 Manuale utente 2.2.2 Connessioni moduli PV Il regolatore di carica WRM60 X, grazie al circuito di ricarica con MPPT, permette di impiegare un’ampia gamma di moduli fotovoltaici garantendo lo sfruttamento ottimale di tutta la potenza. La stringa fotovoltaica deve avere una tensione massima Voc (tensione a circuito aperto) inferiore ai 180V e una tensione di massima potenza (Vmp) superiore alla tensione nominale della batteria.
  • Page 15 "SETTINGS" permette di selezionare l'indirizzo del dispositivo, selezionandolo da 1 a 15 (vedi §4.3.). Con l'indirizzo impostato da 1 a 15 il charger del WRM60 X lavora come slave nel bus Western WRD System quindi si aspetta di essere controllato dal master che nel bus è rappresentato dal dispositivo con il Display (WRD).

  • Page 42 1.2 Modularity One or more WRM60 X SLs can be used as a photovoltaic power expansion in a system where the WRD controller is already present, which can be either the WRM60 X (Master) or the Leonardo Pro X master inverter. The WRM60 X SL is connected to the same battery and two other photovoltaic strings, plus the WBUS chain cable must be connected between the devices.
