The Rise & Shine Serenity helps align the body's circadian rhythms that regulate
normal sleeping and waking patterns. Synchronized sleep and wake programs

Place your Rise & Shine on a table or other flat surface.
•
For best performance, place your Rise & Shine within two feet of a wall and avoid
placing directly in a corner.
Note: Avoid placing your Rise & Shine on a metal surface, which could interfere
with FM reception.
Note: Avoid placing this alarm clock in areas that are exposed to direct sunlight.
