The warranty standards, which are entirely listed in the purchasing contract, apply only if the
Perfect Waves PressoMassage device is used according to the conditions of intended use.
Barring the ordinary maintenance interventions described in section MAINTENANCE and
carried out with the procedures indicated, any repair or modification to the device made by
the user or unauthorised companies shall result in the voidance of the warranty.
The warranty does not cover the damage caused by inexperience or negligence in the use
of the device or by poor or omitted maintenance.
Our products are covered by warranty. The warranty of the device is subject
to the following conditions:
The device is guaranteed for twenty-four (24) months for the first user, three (3)
months for applicators and accessories subject to wear and deterioration, from
1 the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects, as long as it is
used properly and maintained under normal conditions of use. No warranty for
"consumable" accessories and materials is foreseen.
The Manufacturer undertakes to replace, at its own discretion, parts that are
2 malfunctioning or incorrectly manufactured only after careful inspection and
detection of poor manufacturing.
The transport and/or shipping costs shall always be borne by the buyer in case of

incorrect use of the terms of warranty.
During the period of warranty, the replaced products become property of the

manufacturer.
Only the original buyer who have complied with the instructions of standard
maintenance described herein can benefit from this warranty. Our responsibility
5
over the warranty expires when: the original owner transfers the property of the
product or changes to it have been made.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive stress such as the
use of the product after identifying an anomaly, from the use of unsuitable methods
of use as well as failure to comply with the user and maintenance instructions. It
does not cover issues due to fall or incorrect use of voltage either.

If the device has been opened or modified by unauthorised staff.
If the device has been used in unsuitable environments.
If the device has been used without complying with the instructions of this manual.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any difficulty that may arise while
7 reselling or using the product outside Italy due to the provisions in force in the
Country where the product is sold.
The product or one of its faulty components must be returned to the Manufacturer
8 for the replacement. If this is not the case, the product or the replaced part shall
be charged to the buyer.
9 The warranty is valid only if the intact seal of warranty is present.
