Never put your hands or feet near to
the rotating brushing equipment!
Never clean if others, in particular
children or animals, are in the area!
Never use the device in the rain.
You can regulate the speed of the

brush by pressing the speed control
on the adjustment wheel (O).
Speed recommendations for
GLORIA brushes
Position 1-3
soft brushes (wood brush)
Position 4-6
harder brushes (stone brush)
Hold the device securely by the

handle (A) and additional handle (E)
and switch on the device by pressing
and holding the ON/OFF safety
switch (D) in handle (A).
Place the switched-on device parallel on

the surface to be treated and push the
device in front of you (see 6.1.2 to 6.1.4
for more operating instructions).
In case of work interruptions or
danger, release the ON/OFF safety
switch (D) immediately.
6.1.1 Assembly of the brushing
tools

ATTENTION! RISK OF INJURY
During assembly or conversion work,
it is possible to injure yourself on the
bristles.
It is therefore important to observe
the following safety instructions:
Wear protective gloves during
assembly!
Assembly of the side brush with addi-
tional safety guard
Switch off the device and disconnect
the power cord (C) from the power
supply.
Fix the surface brush (M) by using one

hand to secure this against twisting.
Then fully unscrew the screw as shown.
For this purpose, use the hexagon
socket screw provided. Now remove
the internal adapter (K).
NOTE!
It is essential to store the internal
adapter (K), as this is subsequently
required for the assembly of the sur-
face brush (M).
Attach the additional safety guard (I) to

the adjustable safety guard (L) as shown.
Insert the side brush (J) into the hexa-

gon socket of the surface brush. Fix the
surface brush by using your hands to
secure this against twisting and use the
screw to securely screw the side brush
onto the surface brush (M).
For this purpose, use the hexagon
socket screw provided.
The side brush is now successfully
assembled.

Your device is equipped with a func-
tion that supports the cleaning of
ground surfaces all the way up to the
kerb and enables terrace and/or
ground surfaces located at the edges
of houses or walls to be cleaned right
up to the corners.
