LIMITED WARRANTY

• 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, display, lights, charger)
• 2-years warranty on the bike frame
• Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tires,
brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty.
The normal wear and diminishing capacity of the battery are not covered by the warranty. The battery will
naturally lose its capacity over time. Any battery that is left unused or discharged for long periods of time and
therefore suffers irreparable damage is not covered under the warranty.
The limited warranty does not cover the following:
1. Damages and / or breakdowns caused by negligence, poor maintenance, accident or abuse of use.
2. Damage caused during a transport performed by the owner.
3. Damage or failure caused by improper installation, adjustment or repair.
4. Damage caused by improper treatment (example: not following the retailer's instructions correctly).
5. Damage, breakdowns caused by normal wear and tear of the components.
CAUTION:
Modification of the original components of the electric bike may void the warranty. Please check
with your dealer before making any changes.
This limited warranty is for the original owner only, from the date of purchase with an invoice.
