PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY

Cycling with electric assistance requires practice:
To familiarize yourself with your new bike, we suggest you try it in a safe place to discover and master the
braking and shifting.
Practice the turns. You must stop pedaling in time before a curve and do not resume pedaling too quickly,
because the engine will continue to accelerate during the turn.
We suggest that you start at level 1. At this level, the engine does not accelerate as fast.
Before each ride, make sure your bike is in good condition. Good tire pressure, tight bolts and good brake
operation are major points to check.
Wearing a helmet compliant with standards is mandatory. The helmet must be made of a hard shell, as
well as being padded on the inside and having a strap that goes under the chin.

CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BATTERY

Normally, when buying the electric bike, the battery has not been fully charged. Therefore it is important
to completely charge the battery before using it for the first time. To do this, you must remove the battery
from your bike by inserting the key into the lock that is located on the lower left side of the battery holder.
Then reinsert the battery in the same way, while making sure to lock the battery.
When charging is complete, a green light will be displayed. Unplug the charger and disconnect the battery
from the charger.
• The battery of your electric bike can be charged at any time, regardless of the remaining battery life.
• Store the battery in a place at room temperature (not below 5ºC).
• The battery should be recharged at least one hour per month, especially in winter.
• Never leave the battery connected to the charger for more than 24 hours.
