The patient result window includes:
• Test number
• Patient ID
• Test type
• LIS status
• Time and date of the Test
• Lot numberof the Test
• Expiry date
• User ID
• Control line result
• Result
The result can be printed or exported to an attached USB Key (see Section 7 for more information) or LIS (see
Section 4 for more information)
5.2 Patient Test (Read Only)
In the read only test mode, the test reaction occurs outside of the instrument. The
user is responsible for the timing and start of the analysis.
Select a new test by pressing the test icon. Enter a Patient ID (1-20 characters) using
the onscreen keyboard or a barcode scanner (see Section 9 for more information).
This option is not available for quantitative tests
The Actim 1ngeni instrument displays the test number and the patient ID and asks
the user to insert the test cartridge. For sampling and activating the test, refer to
the Actim 1ngeni test Instructions for Use document. The test result is read when
cartridge insertion is detected. Selecting back cancels the test and no data is saved.
The test type and user ID are saved.
An expired test cannot run on the instrument.
The test result shall either be a positive or negative result (see Section 11 for error messages).
The patient result window includes:
• Test Number
• Patient ID
• Time and Date of Test
• Test Type (Read Only) mode
• Lot Number for the test
• Expiry Date
• User ID
• Result
