The display shows the use of the food sensor.
The display shows the time required for the
cycle.
The display shows the remaining time.
To set the countdown.
This function has no effect on the operation of
the blast chiller.
Select and set the time. When the time ends,
the signal sounds. Press the rotary knob to stop
the signal.
The Reminder can also be used when the blast
chiller is switched off.
