Possible Causes
There is too much dirt and debris on the
window.
There is too much dirt and debris on the
Cleaning Pad.
Cleaning Pad is too damp.
Driving Treads are dirty.
Driving Treads are worn.
Cleaning Pad is attached incorrectly.
There is a crevice on the glass.
Cleaning pad plate is blocked due to
crevice or barriers.
Driving Tread is stuck.
Solutions
A. Check if the Cleaning Pad is dirty or too damp. If so, replace
it with a clean one. Spray the cleaning solution evenly on
the two widest edges of the cleaning pad. Spray each edge
approximately eight times and restart WINBOT.
B. Clean the Driving Treads as described in Section 3
Maintenance,
C. If the problem persists, use the Direction Control Buttons on
the Remote Control to clean the glass.
* WINBOT is intended to be used for maintenance cleaning
on common windows for domestic use. The product is NOT
designed to replace heavy duty or first time cleaning.
Please check the surface of the driving treads, see if there is any
heavy wear, crack or breakage. If so, please contact customer
service.
Remove the cleaning pad and insert it in the correct orientation.
Hold the safety tether and press Direction Buttons on the
Remote Control to let WINBOT leave the crevice and barriers.
Inspect if there is any dust or debris on the Driving Treads. If
so, please clean the Driving Treads as described in Section 3
Maintenance. Start WINBOT again. If the problem persists,
please contact customer service.
