• Set up the pizza oven and the
gas bottle on a level, stable and
fireproof surface.
• Protect the gas bottle from
strong sunlight.
• Check the hose and pressure re-
gulator for tears and damage be-
fore each use. Do not use the gas
module if the pressure regulator,
hose of gas bottle are defective or
leaking.
• Check the gas module burners for
dirt and remove it before each use.
• Do not ignite the gas flame with
an open flame. Use only the
electric ignition of the appliance
to ignite it.
• To avoid gas escaping acciden-
tally, the bottle valve on the gas
bottle should only be open when
the gas module is in operation.
Close the bottle valve immedia-
tely when you switch off the gas
module.
• Make sure that the ventilation ho-
les on the housing are not covered
under any circumstances.
• The surfaces of the gas modu-
le and the pizza oven get very
hot during use. Warn the people
around and keep children and
pets away from the appliance.
• Always wear protective gloves
when the pizza oven is in use and
the temperature of the hot parts
exceed the ambient temperature
by 50 ˚C.
• Never leave the pizza oven and
gas module unattended during
use.
• Close the gas bottle valve imme-
diately in the event of a malfunc-
tion or gas leak.
• Before changing the position of
the gas module, the gas module
must be switched off, the gas
bottle valve closed and the gas
bottle unscrewed from the gas
hose to protect the pressure regu-
lator and the hose line.
• Turn off the gas supply at the gas
cylinder after use.
• The pizza oven door must always
be open when igniting the burner.
