Alarm Meaning
No valid encoder signal.
The internal supply voltage monitoring
detected an error.
The test of the external I/O connection failed.
Internal temperature limits of safety module
exceeded.
The presence of the safety module was not
detected.
A safety module that is not supported by the
SERVOPACK has been connected.

An error occurred in the system of the safety

The settings of the safety functions do not
