Assembling the Grass Box

1. Insert the locating tab (17) into
the bottom of the grass catcher
(6).
2. Assemble both parts of the
grass catcher (6).
3. Attach the handle (4) to the top
of the grass catcher (6).
Do not work with the lawnmower
without the collision guard or lawn
box. There is a risk of injury..

Operation

Hanging On/Removing the
Grass Box
Switch off the equipment, discon-
nect the plug and wait for the blade
to stop. There is a risk of
1. To hang on the grass box (6),
lift the collision guard (5) and
hang on the grass box. Fold
the collision guard (5) onto the
grass box (6). It holds the grass
box in the correct position.
2. To remove the grass box (6),
lift the collision guard (5) and
detach the grass box. Fold the
collision guard (5) back onto the
mower housing (10).

Adjusting the Cut Height

Switch off the equipment, discon-
nect the plug and wait for the blade
to stop. There is a risk of injury.
The lawn mower can be adjusted to the
following cutting heights by changing the
position of the wheels

60 mm - Tall cutting height
1. Slide your hand under the
housing of the device (10) and
pull the spring-loaded wheel
axle (18) towards you.
2. You can now adjust the wheel
axle (18) while pulling it up or
down in order to reach one of
the three cutting heights.
3. Once the desired height positi-
on has been reached, allow the
wheel axle (18) to slide back
into the guide position.
The correct height is around 30 –
45 mm for a decorative lawn and
around
45 - 60
A higher cut height should be se-
lected for the first cut of the season.

Switching On and Off

1. Plug the mains lead into the ex-
tension cable outlet (13) at the
curved handle (1).
2. Turn the end of the mains lead
into a loop and hook it into the
cable strain relief (15).
3. Connect the equipment to the
power supply.
4. Before switching on, ensure that
the equipment is not in contact
with any objects.
5. To switch on, press the
release button (14) on
the handle at the same
time as pressing the
start lever (16). Release the
release button (14).
