2 Safety Notes

The units (microphone, receiver, plug-in power supply
unit) correspond to all required directives of the EU
and are therefore marked with
WARNING The power supply unit is supplied with
hazardous mains voltage (230 V~).
Never make any modifications on the
power supply unit. Inexpert handling
may cause an electric shock hazard.
Please observe the following items in any case:
The units are suitable for indoor use only. Protect
them against dripping water and splash water, high
air humidity, and heat (admissible ambient tempera-
ture range 0 – 40 °C).
Even if the receiver is switched off, the plug-in power
supply unit has a low power consumption.
Do not operate the receiver and immediately dis-
connect the plug-in power supply unit from the mains
socket
1. if there is visible damage to the plug-in power sup-
ply unit or to the receiver,
2. if a defect might have occurred after a unit was
dropped or suffered a similar accident,
3. if malfunctions occur.
In any case the units must be repaired by authorized
personnel.
For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no means
chemicals or water.

any resulting personal damage or material damage
will be accepted if the units are used for other pur-

connected, operated, or not repaired in an expert way.
If the units are to be put out of operation de-
finitively, take them to a local recycling plant
for a disposal which is not harmful to the envi-
ronment.

3 Applications

The wireless microphone system consists of a micro-
phone with integrated, battery-operated transmitter
and antenna, a corresponding receiver as well as a
plug-in power supply unit. This system allows wireless
transmission of music and speech from the micro-
phone to the receiver. The operating range is approx.
30 m and depends on the local conditions.
The microphone system is available in two different
versions and for two different transmission channels
(or frequencies) each:
Model
Frequency
TXS-400SET
433.05 MHz
TXS-402SET
433.55 MHz
TXS-440SET
433.05 MHz
TXS-442SET
433.55 MHz
In case of two models with different frequencies, it is
therefore possible to transmit signals from two micro-
phones on different channels.
