Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Zubehör

Diese Aktivbox ist eine Kombination aus 2-Wege-

Lautsprecherbox, Verstärker mit zwei Eingangska-

nälen, Empfangsteil für ein Funkmikrofon (Übertra-

gungsfrequenz 863,05 MHz) und CD-/MP3-Player.

An die beiden Eingangskanäle lassen sich sowohl

Mikrofone als auch Audiogeräte mit Line-Ausgang

(z. B. Mischpult, Audio-Player) anschließen.

Aus dem Sortiment von MONACOR können z. B.

Das Gerät ist speziell für einen netzunabhängigen

Be trieb ausgelegt. Zur Stromversorgung ist ein

Akkumulator integriert, der mit dem internen Ladeteil

aufgeladen werden kann. Dadurch eignet sich das

Gerät ideal für den mobilen Einsatz zur Beschallung

bei Veranstaltungen, Vorträgen etc. Um einen grö-

ßeren Bereich zu beschallen, können auch zwei

Boxen TXA-900CD zusammengeschaltet werden.

Transport /Aufstellung

Für den Transport besitzt die Box einen auszieh -

baren Teleskopgriff, der in zwei Positionen einras-

tet. Die Entriegelungstaste PUSH am Griff herunter -

drücken und den Griff wie gewünscht herausziehen/

zusammenschieben.

Die Box kann frei aufgestellt oder über die Stativ -

hül se auf ihrer Unterseite auf ein PA-Boxen-Stativ

Applications and Accessories

This active system combines a 2-way speaker sys-

tem, an amplifier with two input channels, a receiv-

ing part for a wireless microphone (transmission fre-

quency 863.05 MHz) and a CD/MP3 player. The two

input channels will allow connection of both micro-

phones and audio units with line level (e. g. mixer,

audio player).

2. Leuchtet die rote LED „< 25 %" (10), ist der

Akku fast entladen und sollte möglichst schnell

aufgeladen werden.

3. Den Akku vor jeder längeren Lagerung sowie

mindestens alle 2 Monate während der Lager-

zeit voll aufladen.

Zum Aufladen das beiliegende Netzkabel zuerst in

die Netzbuchse (14) stecken und dann den Netzste-

cker in eine Steckdose (230 V~/50 Hz). Die LED

CHARGE (11) leuchtet während des La dens rot. Der

Ladezustand wird durch eine der drei LEDs darunter

[rot, gelb oder grün] (10) angezeigt. Ist der Akku voll

geladen, wechselt die LED CHARGE auf Grün.

Wichtig! Wenn der Akku voll geladen (LED

CHARGE leuchtet grün) und das Gerät mit dem

Schalter AMP ON (9) ausgeschaltet ist, den Netz-

ste cker aus der Steckdose ziehen. Anderenfalls

kann der Akku beschädigt werden.

The unit is specially designed for mains-indepen-

dent operation. For power supply, a battery is inte-

grated which will be recharged with the internal

charging part. Thus, the unit is ideally suited for

mobile PA applications at events, lectures, etc. To

provide PA application of larger areas, it will be pos-

sible to interconnect two TXA-900CD systems.

Transporting / Setting Up

For transporting, the speaker system is provided

with a telescopic handle to be locked in two posi-

tions. Press the button PUSH on the handle to

unlock and adjust the length of the handle by

extracting/retracting it.

Place the speaker system as desired or mount it

onto a stand via the stand sleeve on its lower side.

For operation, it will not be necessary to remove the

speaker system from the transport bag provided.

When the zip fastener is opened and the front part of

the bag is folded up, all connections and operating

elements will be accessible.

Power Supply / Recharging the Battery

Power is supplied via the integrated battery to be

recharged with the internal charging part. For charg-

ing, it will not be necessary to switch on the speaker

system; however, it will operate as usual during the

charging process.

Audioanschlüsse

6.1 Tonquellen

Es lassen sich zwei Tonquellen anschließen: jeweils

an die Eingangsbuchse (1) für Kanal 1 und an

die Eingangsbuchse (6) für Kanal 2.

– Mikrofone über XLR-Stecker anschließen.

– Audiogeräte mit Line-Signalpegel (z. B. Mischpult,

Audio-Player, Radio, Tapedeck) über 6,3-mm-

Klinken stecker anschließen. Für ein Stereo-Gerät

einen Stereo-Mono-Adapter verwenden, anderen-

falls wird nur der linke Kanal wiedergegeben.

Hinweis: Bei Verwendung eines Funkmikrofons belegt

dieses Kanal 1. Ist eine Tonquelle an Kanal 1 angeschlos-

sen, wird das Signal des Funkmikrofons dem Eingangs-

signal von Kanal 1 zugemischt.

6.2 Aktivboxen verbinden

Werden zwei Aktivboxen TXA-900CD zur Beschal-

lung benötigt, können sie über die INSERT-Buchsen

(8) verbunden werden:

Am Ausgang MIX OUT wird das Mischsignal der

Box herausgeführt. Den Ausgang MIX OUT der ers-

ten Box (Hauptgerät = Master) über ein Kabel

mit 6,3-mm-Klinkensteckern mit dem Eingang POW

IN der zweiten Box (Nebengerät = Slave) verbinden.

Die zweite Box ist dann auf Wiedergabe des Ein-

gangssignals der Buchse POW IN geschaltet. Die

Lautstärke- und Klang regler an der zweiten Box sind

in diesem Fall ohne Funktion.

Hinweis: Es ist nicht möglich, über die Buchsen MIX OUT

und POW IN mehrere Slave-Boxen in einer Kette hinter -

einanderzuschalten, um ihnen so das Ausgangssignal

einer Master-Box zuzuführen. Grund: An der Buchse MIX

OUT der Slave-Box wird ihr eigenes Mischsignal heraus-

geführt und nicht das auf den Eingang POW IN gegebene

Mischsignal der Master-Box.

Tipp: Um mehr als zwei TXA-900CD hintereinander -

zuschalten, jeweils die Buchse MIX OUT mit einer Kanal-

eingangsbuchse der nächsten Box verbinden.

For charging, connect the mains cable provided to

the mains jack (14) first, then connect the mains

plug to a socket (230 V~/50 Hz). The LED CHARGE

(11) will show red during charging. The charging sta-

tus will be indicated by one of the three LEDs below

it [red, yellow or green] (10). When the battery is fully

charged, the LED CHARGE will change to green.

Important! When the battery is fully charged (LED

CHARGE will show green) and the unit is switched

off with the switch AMP ON (9), disconnect the

mains plug from the socket; otherwise the battery

may be damaged.

Audio Connections

6.1 Audio sources

The system will allow connection of two audio

sources: one to the input jack (1) for channel 1 and

one to the input jack (6) for channel 2.

– Connect microphones via XLR plugs.

– Connect audio units with line signal level (e. g.

mixer, audio player, radio, tape deck) via 6.3 mm

plugs. For stereo units, use a stereo-to-mono

adapter; otherwise only the left channel will be

reproduced.

Note: If a wireless microphone is used, it will reserve

channel 1; if an audio source is connected to channel 1,

the signal of the wireless microphone will be added to the

input signal of channel 1.

6.2 Connecting active speaker systems

If two active speakers systems TXA-900CD are

required for PA application, they can be intercon-

nected via the INSERT jacks (8).

At the output MIX OUT, the mixed signal of the

speaker system will be routed out. Connect the out-

put MIX OUT of the first speaker system (master) via

a cable with 6.3 mm plugs to the input POW IN of the
