12. Troubleshooting

The device does not switch on
• The battery is empty. Recharge the battery.
The device has stopped working
• Press the reset key (2) to reset the device.
Files cannot be saved to the memory card
• The memory card is not formatted.
• The memory card is full and cannot store any further data.
• The memory card is damaged. Try using a different memory card.
• The memory card is not compatible (see "Technical data").
The device cannot be operated with the app
• The WiFi function is not switched on (the WiFi indicator (9) must light up).
• The app is not properly connected. Check the WiFi connection.
