FALL HAZARD:
• Child's activity can move
carrier. NEVER place carrier
on counter tops, tables, or any
other elevated surface.
• Only use this product on
Graco Modes™ stroller
frames. NOT compatible with
the Modes™ 3 Lite strollers.
• Use only on a firm, horizontal,
level and dry surface.
• Do not let other children play
unattended near the carry cot.
• The product must be fully
assembled and installed,
before using. Always follow
the instructions in the owner's
manual to set up the product.
WARNING
Only use product as instructed.
• Always check that the carry
cot is securely locked on the
base/stand by pulling upwards
on the carry cot bed.
• DO NOT use this carry cot if
you cannot exactly follow the
instructions that come with it.
• This carry cot is suitable only
for a child who cannot roll over
or who has reached 20 lb
(9 kg), whichever comes first.
Maximum height of the child:
26" (66 cm). Excess weight
may cause a hazardous,
unstable condition to exist.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD:
Strings can cause
strangulation! Do not place
items with strings around a
child's neck, such as hood
strings or pacifier cords. Do
not suspend strings over
child's head or attach strings
to toys.
• DO NOT place this carry cot
near a window or patio door
where a child could reach the
cord of a blind or curtain and
be strangled.
• Check this carry cot regularly
before using it, and do not use
it if any part is loose or
missing or if there are any
signs of damage. Do not
substitute parts. Contact the
manufacturer if replacement
parts or additional instructions
are needed.
