Troubleshooting

Condition: Ventilation units do not work

Switch off the product.
▶
Ensure that the fan unit is correctly mounted on the wall-
mounting frame and the contact for the plug connection
has been established.
Condition: Products that are connected downstream of the MASTER in
the system cannot be configured as SLAVES during start-up, but rather as
MASTERs
▶
Switch off all of the products in the system.
▶
Ensure that the fan unit is correctly mounted on the wall-
mounting frame and the contact for the plug connection
has been established.
▶
Start up the product again (→ section "Start-up").
Condition: The remote control and MASTER do not communicate with
each other
▶
Shorten the radio link to less than 15 m.
Condition: Ventilation units only work in night mode
▶
Ensure that the MASTER is not covered.

8.1

Procuring spare parts

The original components of the product were also certified
by the manufacturer as part of the declaration of conformity.
If you use other, non-certified or unauthorised parts during
maintenance or repair work, this may void the conformity of
the product and it will therefore no longer comply with the
applicable standards.
We strongly recommend that you use original spare parts
from the manufacturer as this guarantees fault-free and safe
operation of the product. To receive information about the
available original spare parts, contact the contact address
provided on the back page of these instructions.

If you require spare parts for maintenance or repair
work, use only the spare parts that are permitted for the
product.
8.1.1 Replacing the fan unit and front panel
1. Switch off the product.

3. Remove the wind guard and front panel from the fan
unit.
4. Replace the fan unit and the front panel.
5. Install the wind guard and front panel on the fan unit.
6. Install the fan unit with wind guard and front panel.

Decommissioning

9.1

Temporarily decommissioning the product

1. Switch off the product using the on/off switch.
2. Disconnect the product from the power supply by
switching off all power supplies at all poles (e.g. fuse or
circuit breaker).
