The Screw should be fl ush with the Pole, but will spin freely
once installed.
El Tornillo debe quedar a ras con el Poste, mas girará
libremente cuando esté instalado.
La Vis doit être en affl eurement avec le Poteau mais elle
tourne librement une fois posée.
