1. Application
This cuttable faceplate is designed to be
installed on an insert, in a masonry hearth.
2. Installation Instructions / Instructions d'installation
1.
Remove the faceplate (A) from its box. Then
remove the faceplate extension (B), provided
with the appliance, which is secured between
the firebox and the convection air jacket of
the insert.
Place the faceplate panels with the finished
side down on a flat, soft, non-abrasive surface
and follow the installation instructions below;
Hardware needed included in the appliance
owner's manual :
− 6x - #10-24" x ½" bolts
− 6x - #10-24 hex nuts

Center the insert into the fireplace opening
and then trace the outline of the desired
shape on the faceplate. Note: Making a
template may be useful prior to cutting of
the faceplate. Cut using metal snips.

CAUTION: The material may
be sharp when handeled.
Wear gloves and safety
glasses before handling or
cutting the faceplate.

des lunettes de sécurité avant
de manipuler et découper la
façade.

Retirer la façade de son emballage (A). Ensuite,
enlever l'extension de façade (B) incluse avec
l'appareil et qui est fixée entre la boîte à feu et
l'enveloppe de convection de l'encastrable.
Déposer la façade sur une surface plane et non
abrasive et assembler les pièces en suivant les
instructions ci-dessous.
Quincaillerie
incluse
l'appareil :
− 6x – boulons #10-24" x 1/2"
− 6x – Écrous hex #10-24
2.
Centrer la façade avec l'ouverture du foyer
puis tracer le contour de la forme désirée sur
la façade. Note : La fabrication d'un gabarit
pourrait s'avérer utile avant la découpe de la
façade. Découper à l'aide de ciseaux à tôle.
