Mixing only function
This function is set at 10 minutes and can be used for alternative freezing of ice
cream or to thicken the ice cream
Motor self protection function
If the ice cream becomes hard, the mixing ability of the ice cream maker may
become hampered. The self protecting function of the motor will automatically
start and prevent the motor from burning out.
Storing the ice cream
Take out the removable bowl and scoop out the ice cream into a suitable container.
Do not use a metal scoop as this will scratch the inside of the bowl.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Switch off the appliance and unplug from the mains.
• Do not clean the appliance with scouring powders, steel wool pads or other
abrasive materials.
• All parts of the appliance are not dishwasher safe.
• Store the ice cream maker in a cool, dry place.
Removable bowl
• Allow the removable bowl to reach room temperature before attempting to
clean.
• Take out the removable bowl and wash the inside of the bowl, then dry
thoroughly. Do not immerse it in water.
Inner bowl
• Wash with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Mixing blade
• Remove the mixing blade from the power unit.
• Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Power unit
• Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
Transparent lid
• Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
