fect that could cause a collision, injuries
or death, immediately inform both the
National Highway Traffic Safety Ad-
ministration (NHTSA) and aprilia. If the
NHTSA receives other similar informa-
tion, they may open an investigation and
if they find the presence of a safety defect
for a group of vehicles, they may order a
