Setting Picture

Customizing the Picture

1 Press Menu to display the menu main page.
The picture menu page will be displayed
automatically.
2 Press Enter to access the Picture submenu.
3 Press CH+/- to select the item you wish to
change.
4 Press VOL+/- to adjust the value of the item.
5 Press Menu to exit.
In TV/Video mode
Option Function Operation
Color Adjusts color VOL+ deeper
saturation.
VOL- paler
Brightness Adjusts screen VOL+ lighter
brightness for
VOL- darker
easier viewing of
dark picture such
as night scenes
and black hair.
Contrast Adjusts image VOL+ stronger
contrast.
VOL- weaker
Sharpness Adjusts image VOL+ sharper
sharpness and
VOL- softer
displays a sharp
image.
Tint Adjusts tint for VOL+ greenish
image.
VOL- purplish

In VGA/DVI mode
Option Function
Brightness Adjusts screen
brightness for
easier viewing in
of dark scenes
such as those
shot at night.
Contrast Adjusts image
contrast.
Sharpness Adjusts image
sharpness and
displays a sharp
image.
Color Adjusts preset
Temp color
temperature.
Using the Preset Picture Mode
• Use the Picture button to quickly select
picture mode.
There are three preset picture modes
(Bright, Soft and Nature) and one user-set
picture mode (User). Each preset mode has
its own picture settings.

0~100

• Bright: Select for a bright picture.
• Soft: Select for a finely detailed picture.

• Nature: Select for a normal picture.
Adjusted settings are stored in User mode.
