Prevent Serious Injury or Death from Children Falling or Being Strangled in Straps
• Use the product only if the child meets ALL of the following conditions:
• Cannot sit up by himself or herself OR
• Is not an active child who may be able to climb out of the seat (approximately 9
months of age) OR
• has reached 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first
• Never leave child unattended.
• ALWAYS use restraint system.
• Not intended for carrying baby. NEVER move unit while child is in seat!
• NEVER lift the product using a toy bar as a handle.
• NEVER attach any additional strings or straps to product or toy bar.
• FALL HAZARD: A child's movement can slide the product. • NEVER place the product on
countertops, tables, on or near steps or on other elevated surfaces. ALWAYS use on the
floor.
Prevent Serious Injury or Death
• Use only in reclined position until child is at least 4 months old AND can hold head
unassisted. Young infants have limited head and neck control. If the seat is too upright,
infant's head can drop forward, compress the airway, and result in DEATH.
• This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
• NEVER use as an infant carrier for automobile or airline travel.
• Do not let children play with this product.
• When using the AC adapter, only use the one supplied with this swing.
• Do not use extension cords.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: NEVER use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as seat may
tip over and cause suffocation
• To avoid injury ensure that children are kept away when assembling and disassembling
this product.
