Wrap the threads on the NPT ½
side of the s-union with plumber's
tape.
Screw the s-unions into the female
fittings.
The end of the s-union should ex-
tend 1⅝"-1¾" (41-44 mm) out-
side the surface of the finished
wall.

de ½ NPT de la junta tipo s con
cinta de plomería.
Enrosque las juntas tipo s en las
conexiones hembra.
El extremo de la junta tipo s debe
sobresalir 1⅝"-1¾" (41-44 mm)
por fuera de la superficie de la
pared terminada.
