BLADE
• Check the blade and the tensioners to make sure they are not snapping or bent.
• Check the cutting edges and sharpen them when necessary.
• Keep the side end sharp.
• Rotate the root of the shaft.
• Do not use water when using a sharpener
• You need to adjust the gap between the upper and lower blade, as this product is designed to have an exact
distance to ensure correct assembly.

NOTE: When mounting the sword, be sure to tighten the spacer, washer and screw, then tighten
the nut.
SAFETY TRIGGER
The safety trigger is the device that prevents unintentionally accelerating with the throttle lever. You can only operate
the throttle lever while pulling the safety trigger. Therefore, you should always perform the following checks before
use.
• Check that the throttle lever does not move when you do not pull the safety trigger.
• Check to see if the throttle lever moves when you hold or release it while you pull the safety trigger.
• Check if the safety trigger returns to its original position when you release it.
If any of these checks are not carried out, do not use the hedge trimmer and contact the Official Technical Service
for repair.

ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

ATTENTION: A defective or damaged anti-vibration system can cause breakage or the motor and/
or blade to fall off.
• Periodically check the springs (at the bottom of the machine) for deformation or damage.
