The schematic diagram below gives a summary of the various
components of your Gazelle Innergy.
2.1 Components
The Innergy system has five main components:
A) The battery – integrated in the luggage carrier
B) The motor - fitted in the hub of the front wheel
C) The display - on the left hand side of your handlebars
D) The rotation sensor – this is behind the rear chain wheel
and the plastic pedal axle adapter.
E) The cycling controls – these are integrated in the motor.
The rotations you make are converted by the rotation sensor
(e) to a signal in the cycling controls. If you have switched
on assistance via the display (c), the cycling controls also
receive this signal. Both signals are converted by the cycling
controls into a high or low speed of the motor (b). The
energy to make all this happen comes from the battery (a).
