TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling a technician, please check the following items to see whether you can eas-
ily diagnose and fix the encountered symptoms on your own.
Symptoms
No picture, no sound, and no indica-
tor light on
No picture, no sound, but the green
light indicator
Picture and sound with abnormity
Picture is spotted or with snow
Blue background in AV mode
Picture is unclear, or moves or have
black stripes on horizontal position in
PC mode
PC Picture is not in the middle of the
screen
No sound
The remote control does not work

Possible Reasons
1. The power cord is not plugged in
