TROUBLESHOOTING
YOUR TOOL SHOULD BE REPAIRED BY A QUALIFIED PERSON
This electric tool complies with the relevant safety rules. Repairs should only be carried out by
qualified persons using original spare parts; failure to comply with this may result in considerable
danger to the user.
Malfunctions not related to a conformity defect that exists at the time of purchase are excluded from the
warranty. Exclusions include:
- Wear of materials (taking into account the average life of the product)
- Failure to comply with the recommendations contained in this manual.
- Maintenance and tampering carried out by unauthorized personnel.
- Use of non-original spare parts.
Problem
Machine does not work.
Motor is weak and gives off unpleasant
odour.
No water exits from centre of mill.
Drilling operation is difficult.

Cause
Plug incorrectly inserted in power
supply socket or power supply cable is
damaged.
No power at socket.
Motor breakdown.
Water delivery hose is clogged.
Pump is dirty or damaged.
Cutter requires dressing.
Workpiece material too hard.

Remedy
Push plug fully into socket; check the
power supply cable.
Check or have the power socket
checked.
Call an authorised assistance centre or
your local dealer to replace motor.
Clean the water hose thoroughly.
Clean the impeller; if problem persists,
contact your local dealer.
Dress cutter with dressing stone.
Dress cutter, then proceed gradually
with drilling operation.
