DESCRIPTION
The device Ref. 1168/45 is the proximity key reader
for modular door unit Mod.1168.
It has following operating modes:
• Standalone mode: the device activates the
relay if a valid key is detected.
• Used on Alpha panels (2Voice): in this case,
it must always be in combination with the
following device:
– Audio door unit module (Ref. 1083/38 or
1083/39) or audio-video door unit module
(Ref. 1083/48).
• Used on Alpha calling module (2Voice):
it must always be paired with the following
devices in this case:
– Audio door unit module (Ref. 1083/38 or
1083/39) or audio video door unit module
(Ref. 1083/48);
– Display module (Ref. 1168/1);
– Numeric keypad module (Ref. 1168/46).
• Used on Alpha panels (Ipercom): in this case,
it must always be in combination with the
following device:
– Audio-video door IP unit Ref. 1060/48;
• Used on Alpha calling module (Ipercom):
it must always be paired with the following
devices in this case:
– Audio-video door IP unit Ref. 1060/48;
– Display module Ref. 1168/1;
– Numeric keypad module Ref. 1168/46.
IMPORTANT: The Ref. 1168/45W device cannot
be used to make a calling module (not available in
white).
Only one module Ref. 1168/45 can be installed
for each calling station.
