Congratulations on purchasing your new
baby monitor "Apollo" with image transmission from reer.
Please take a few minutes of your time and carefully read the following information and follow the instructions before
using this device. Keep these instructions for use in a safe place for future reference.
Important information:
! To prevent unforeseeable failure of the devices due to empty batteries and to protect the environment,
we recommend operating the nursery unit as well as the parent unit using the included power supply
unit. This can improve transmission as well as reception and a proper operation is ensured.
Safety instructions:
! Always position the nursery unit out of reach of the baby (minimum distance 1 metre from the baby).
That ensures that your baby does not play with the buttons on the device, which are responsible for
controlling the transmitter.
! Never place the baby monitor in the baby's crib or bed or in the playpen.
! Make sure that the nursery and parent unit are working without any flaws/errors and that they are
within radio range.
! Do NOT use this device with other power supply units; only use the power supply unit included in deli-
very. Make sure that the supply voltage of the power outlet complies with the supply voltage of the
power supply unit.
! Do not use these devices near water or at humid locations.
! Avoid extreme heat or direct sunlight.
! With the exception of the cover of the battery compartment on the parent unit, the devices and power
supply units may not be opened because this can lead to electric shock. If a device is not working
properly, please do NOT try to repair it on your own. In this case, we urge you to contact your dealer.
! In particular in the case of travelling abroad, please check whether or not the local power supply voltage
complies with the voltage indicated on the power supply units resp. the devices. You can find the rele-
vant information on the respective devices.
! Avoid contact of the battery resp. electrical connection contacts on the devices with metallic objects.
! There is a risk of explosion when using inappropriate types of batteries. Please only use alkaline batteries
for battery operation.
! Please remove all batteries and rechargeable batteries when the devices are not being used for a longer
period of time, so that a leakage of the batteries or the rechargeable batteries do not damage the
sensitive devices.
! Used batteries and rechargeable batteries do not belong in household waste and must be disposed of
in an appropriate manner.
