6. XPro Battery

6.1 Introduction
The Xpro additional battery or extender
allows you to extend the bike's range. It is
an external 180 Wh battery in the shape
of  a  bottle  which  fits  a  specific  bottle
holder that has to be properly installed
and connected to the system by an
authorised store.
When the bottle holder has been installed,
the external battery is connected to the
system by simply inserting it into the bottle
holder.
In other words, this is a Plug&Ride battery that requires no additional connection or work to operate.
There is a button at the top of the bottle that allows the user to see its charge level

6.2 Functioning as a conventional bottle holder
The bottle holder has a connector that is designed to be water-resistant, thus ensuring that the system is protected.
So the user can place a normal bottle of water in the bottle holder or leave it empty.
6.3 Charging and discharging the XPro battery
The Xpro battery can be charged directly or while it is installed in the bike. In the latter case, the charger will initially
charge the bike's internal battery and, when this is completed, it will start charging the Xpro battery.
To start charging the XPro battery installed in the bike, the user must make
sure that the battery is not in deep sleep mode. To do this, press the bike's

6.4 XPro battery discharge
In order to increase the life of the XPro battery and the internal battery and prevent an incomplete discharge that
could damage them, the assistance modes are limited depending on the charge of both batteries.
