Slide the safety clip handlebar onto
the left handlebar post and align the
holes.

Insert the power cord into the front
of the treadmill next to the red
power switch and make sure the
plug is oriented correctly. Plug the
other end of the power cord into a
grounded power outlet. Turn on the
power switch. A tone will sound, the
Treadmill Indicator will light up and
the display will show [OFF].

Fasten the handlebars with two
washers and two hexagonal bolts.
Use the Allen wrench provided.
Repeat steps 2-4 to attach the right
handlebar to the right handlebar
post.

Remove the protective film from the
remote control.
