Installation

4.0 General

The Booster 40-unit must be mounted in compliance with local legislation and
statutory precautions must be observed.

4.1 Mounting

The Booster 40 unit must be placed in a well-ventilated room in order to
secure a continuous sufficient air supply for cooling of the pump motors.
This is also important during operation of the pumps.
The distance in front of and next to the unit must be always be at least 750
mm.

4.2 Piping

When installing the pipe lines, care should be taken to avoid air traps.
To ensure a problem free start up of a new system, the piping system must
be flushed and bled.
CAUTION:
Before the Booster 40 unit is connected to the water supply,
this should be rinsed through carefully, to remove coarse
impurities and metal shavings.

4.3 Water

WARNING:
The pumps are not to be used before filled with water.
