Assembly

After opening the package and checking the contents, place the chassis
on a flat surface. It is advisable to use a table or a bench.
Assembling the frame (fig. 4)
Lay the axle bar onto the assembly surface as illustrated. The axles must
1
be on the bottom. The sticker marked FRONT must be visible at the front
on the bottom..
Caution: The axles are set at an inclination to ensure improved road
handling. It is therefore absolutely essential to ensure that the axle
bar is the right way up.
Push the bottom tubular U frame (B) (shorter frame) from the front onto
2
the end pieces of the cross brace (A). The black markers must be visible,
as illustrated.
Push the rear tubular U frame (longer frame) (C) onto the upper end pie-
3
ces of the cross brace (A).
Screw the frame together, as illustrated, using the Allen screws (P) and
4
caps (W, X).
Fitting the tow bar (fig. 4)
Attach the rear part of the tow bar (D) from underneath to the short spa-
5
cing bar of the axle bar as shown.
Use an Allen screw (O) and a tube adapter (Z) to fix in place, and hand-
tighten.
Now secure the tow bar to the bottom frame as illustrated using the
6
aluminium clips (U, V) and two Allen screws (Q)
Note:
• Fit the clips (U, V) at the points indicated by the black markers.
• The clips with nuts (U) should be on the inside of the frame.
Finally, tighten all three Allen screws to secure the tow bar.
7
Fitting the wheels (fig. 4)
Now push the complete wheel assemblies (with spokes to the inside) onto
8
the axle, and fix each wheel in place with one Allen screw (R) and a was-
her (S).
Fitting the seat assembly and roll bars (fig. 5)
Note: the padding, safety belts and side reflectors are already attached
and require no further assembly.
Position the seat assembly (G) on the frame as illustrated.
10
Attach the top and bottom of the seat to the frame with 4 Allen screws
11
(P), washers (T) and tube adapters with nuts (Y). Do not tighten!
Now secure the bucket seat from the inside with the screws (R1) and
12
washers (T). The rubber discs (T1) intended for shock absorbtion should
be inserted between the bucket seat (G) and the traversing strut (A) and
then screwed firmly into position with the screws.
Attach the roll bars (E) to the seat assembly, as illustrated, using 4 Allen
13
screws (O) and tube adapters (Z).
Ensure that the holes for the crossbar (F) face upwards.
Now secure the crossbar (F) between the roll bars with two Allen screws
14
(O) and tube adapters (Z).
Finally, tighten all fixing screws for the seat assembly and roll bars.
15
Pennant and reflectors (fig. 6)
The reflectors (L) must be stuck into the recesses provided, as shown in
16
the illustration.
Important: white at the front, red at the rear
Note: the contact surfaces must be clean and dry.
17
Push the pennant with rod (I) into the slots provided at the back of the
seat assembly.
